Relationship

💖 What Healthy Love Really Looks Like       A letter to the one who is tired of getting hurt  There comes a moment in your life  when chaos no longer excites you . when begging for love  , proving your  worth , and chasing someone who keeps running finally exausts your soul , what does love feel like ... when it does not hurt ? lets talk about that love . 🌿Healthy Love Feels like Safety Not butterflies in your stomach .  Not the anxiety of wondering if they will leave . Not the constant overthinking , did I say too much , Am I enough ? will they come back . Healthy love feels like exhaling... Like coming home to yourself , not loosing your self in some else . Its the warmth of knowing you don't have to perfome , impress , or pretend . you can just be --- soft , messy , emotional , whole -- and still be loved . 🕊 Halthy love does not hurt you.... It does not raise its voice to silence you . It does not punish you with  distance . ...

Healing the Inner Child : Unlocking the Root of Emotional Triggers

Have you ever reacted strongly to something small and wondered , Why did that affect me so much ? Chances are  , it was not just the presnet moment -- it was  a wound from your past .    The wounded part of you is often your inner child  , asking for love , Safety , and Healing . 🌱 What is the Inner Child ? your inner child is the emotional memory of your  younger self . It holds your early experiences , both joyful  and painful . when your inner child is nurtured , you feel secure and cofident . How my inner work began :A journey back to my self

🍀Introduction There was not a grand moment . No sudden breakdown . No dramatic shift . my journey of inner work began in silence --in the stillness of early mornings , in the gentle discipilne of my parents who taught me to sit quietly , breathe , and connect inward . 👧Childhood memories As a child , I did not know what meditation meant . I only knew the peace I felt sitting in our pooja room , eyes closed , hands folded , heart open . My parents made inner stillness a part of life -- not something seprate . Yoga , prayer , reading spritual books -- these were not routines , they were ways of being . those moments shaped me deeply , even though I did not realize their power back then , 💔The Disconnection . school , responsibilities , social pressure , adulthood -- everything became louder , faster . Even after all this ,whenever I needed something , I would quietly sit in the prayer room and softly say what I wanted -- that s it.... Back then , I did not understand how things w...

you are not Broken -- you are becoming

have you ever looked at your life and felt like something was wrong with you ? like you are too emotional , too slow or too behind ? the truth is, you are not broken --- you are becoming ,  every challeng , every setback , and every scar is shaping you into someone wiser , stronger , and more whole .  this is not the end of your story; Its the unfolding of your becoming. we live in a world that glorifies perfection and fast success. it s easy to feel like you are falling when you are still figuring things out .  but healing , growth , and transformation are not linear they are messy , slow and deeply personal. just because you can not see the full picture yet doesnot mean you are off track .  in fact , the very cracks  you are trying to hide may be the places  where your light is meant to shine through . Ever since I was young , I have felt a natural connection with meditation.  may be its because my parents lovingly guided me to  sit quietl...
