The JOY That Found Me ---And Never Left

 💖Fourteen years ago, I took a leap of faith and enrolled in a three month life coaching course. I didn't know where it would lead, but soon after completing it, oppourtunities began to flow in unexpected ways.


Some of my doctor friends started sharing my number with their patients who were struggling emotionally. These people would open their hearts to me and I would listen...... really listen. I guided them, counselled them and helped them heal.


When they came back after just two or three sessions and said, "Thank you, you've changed my life, "something magical happened inside me. The joy I felt was so pure, so alive, it wass as if happiness itself was dancing in my heart. That was when I understood - this is my calling.


From that moment until  2019, I continued helping people. Then, during the covid pandemic, everything paused. The doctor who referred clients to me moved to dubai and I was left  without my usual channel of work. But my heart couldn't stop.


I began helping friends and family instead. Whenever they were stuck, they would call me : "This is what's happening.... what should I do ?

I was always willing to help. Many of them said, "Dimple, you should start your own instagram page or youtube channel."

I eventually started my instagram page, But deep down, a doubt kept whispering : I'm not certified enough. "


One day, I sent a simple but powerful thought to the universe :

"Send me a mentor  or a course that will certify me, so I can live my passion fully -- without fear or hesitation."

Fourteen years after my very first course, the answer arrived.


While scrolling Instagram one day, I cam across a reel by Puja Puneet. I didn't know her but as I listened, I was stunned - she was speaking the same wisdom I had been sharing with my clients and friends for years.


I watched more of her videos and listened to her podcasts. That's when I discovered that puja puneet is dedicated to empowering women and training coaches..... and she offers certification too.

That day, my heart spoke to me :

"Dimple, the universe has answered your request."

Without a second thought, I enrolled in her program. And as I did, I realised something something profound :

When you ask with clarity and believe without doubt, the universe will always deliver. 


This is the essence of my journey. This is what I call...... Dare to Believe.

 🍀Introduction There was not a grand moment . No sudden breakdown . No dramatic shift . my journey of inner work began in silence --in the stillness of early mornings , in the gentle discipilne of my parents who taught me to sit quietly , breathe , and connect inward . 👧Childhood memories As a child , I did not know what meditation meant .
